Diorama is an alternative / modern / pop rock band from Singapore: Shahree (vocals), Erza (guitars, vocals), Alo (bass), Fred (guitars, backing vocals), Sufian (guitars) and Acit (drums). Songwriter Erza started the band in 2006 with childhood friends, and one rule has held ever since: write and play only originals.

The debut EP, From The E-Motion Picture Soundtrack (2009), made them radio regulars. “Sanubariku” reached No. 2 on Mediacorp Ria 89.7FM, and “Anti-Romantis” won Best Lyricist at AnugeraHitz.sg 2010, where the band shared the most nominations (five) with Taufik Batisah. The first full-length album, Dramatis Persona (2014), produced three No. 1 singles: “Membenam Pagi (Tanpamu)”, “Hipokrasi” and “Sketsa Segitiga”.

The singles that followed took the band across borders. “Flora” (2016) topped Ewana TV’s Nusantara Top 10, “Metafora” (2018) became their first song on Brunei’s Pelangi FM, and “Vendetta” (2020) spent three weeks at No. 1 in Singapore and was played across Malaysia.

After a three-year break, Diorama returned to the stage in 2024. In 2026, “Vendetta” won the Bronze Crystal Award for Best Rock Song at the VIMA Music Awards. New singles are due in late 2026.
